U-TREASURE is produced by K.uno, a jewelry company founded in Japan, 1981. K.uno has grown into the largest custom-made jewelry company in Japan, developing its unique system to offer design, production and sales to meet a variety of needs and requests from customers.

How to Order
〜 Purchase at U-TREASURE Online Shop 〜

Please note that U-TREASURE products available for overseas shipping are limited.
The available products are: "Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card", Pokémon*, Touken Ranbu*, EVANGELION, STAR WARS and Yume 100 .
(*Shipping of Pokémon and Touken Ranbu products is limited to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand ONLY.)

Step 0 [Customer] Translate the product page if possible

As our website is in Japanese only, it may make your shopping easier if you can translate the product pages by translation function.

Step 1 [Customer] Place your order

The followings are overall steps as to how to place your order at the website.

Product page
  • 1) Please select the specifications, such as ring size, character mark, engraving and gemstones (if possible to add) for your item.

    2) Please choose the quantity of items you wish to order and then click “カートに入れる” (i.e. “Add to shopping cart”) to proceed.

Shopping cart
  • 3) Review the items in the shopping cart. If all of the information is correct, please click “このサイトでお支払い” (i.e. “Pay at this website”) for the payment option. This is to proceed to pay the correct amount by credit card later.

      At this point, the price including tax appears. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the price excluding the tax but adding the shipping fees.

Member registration
  • 4) Please choose either “会員登録後に購入” (i.e. “To purchase after registering as a member” ) or “会員登録せずに購入” (i.e. “To purchase, not registered as a member”). If you have already registered as a member of U-TREASURE, please enter your email address and password.

Enter customer information
  • 5) Please enter “000-0000" in the postal code as these are adjusted to Japanese post code. For “Prefectures,” please choose one from the list.

    6) Please make sure that you enter your address and post code in “Address” in the correct order that should be written on the Air Waybill upon overseas shipping (i.e. Building name, street, city/town, province/prefecture and country).

Designating addressee
  • 7) If the addressee is different from the purchaser, please check “新しいお届け先” (i.e. “New addressee”) and enter the shipping information of the addressee correctly.

Payment method selection
  • 8) Please select “銀行振込” (i.e. “Bank transfer”). Because the website is not adjusted to tax-free shopping and only credit card payment is available for overseas customers, we will email the URL for payment by credit card and indicate the total price excluding the tax but adding the shipping fees.

    9) You can write comments on the bottom of the page. Please let us know if you have the date of use and/or if you have any questions and/or requests.

Order confirmation
  •   Please make sure all of the items you chose are correct, especially your name, shipping address, post code, and phone number and so is the addressee. If you need to make corrections, please click “変更” (i.e. “Change”) and make corrections.

    10) After reviewing all of the items, please click “注文確定”.

Step 2 [U-TREASURE] Order acknowledgement email

  • We will email a personalized order acknowledgement including the total amount of the tax-free price, shipping fees and delivery date. (Please note that we set the shipping fees for each area.)
    Please make sure all of the information is correct.

Step 3 [Customer] Payments

  • Please access the URL in the order acknowledgement email and make the payment. We only accept credit cards.
    With the confirmation of your payment, we acknowledge that you have formally ordered and will email you.

Step 4 [U-TREASURE] Item preparation and shipping

  • When your ordered item(s) is finished and it is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.

Please note that the Pokémon Monsters Ball jewelry box is NOT available for international shipping.)

Please understand that delivery may not be possible depending on the country or region.
In addition, please note that fees related to shipping, such as shipping fees, customs duties and other taxes, must be paid by the customer.

We accept credit card payment only (VISA, Master or JCB).
Please select the “Bank transfer” when you process of the order.
We will email the URL for payment by credit card later.


Cancellation and Return Policy

Returns and Cancellation

・We accept exchanges or repairs only when faulty or wrong products are delivered and when we are informed by email within one week after the items are delivered. No other reasons except faulty or wrong products are acceptable.
・Regardless of product types including ready-made and custom-made, we offer repair or exchange only. We do not accept order cancellations or refunds for any items.
・All products should be in the original condition and unused.
・Please note that we may ask you for photos of the delivered products to confirm your request.
・In terms of custom-designed items, changes in design after ordering may be accepted with an additional handling charge. Please contact us for details.

Resizing and After-Sales Service

・For repair of U-TREASURE products, we offer a paid service at K.uno shops in Japan. Please note that we DO NOT accept repair requests including resizing by overseas shipping in order to avoid loss and/or damage in transit. If you cannot visit K.uno in Japan, please consult with a local jewelry store first.
・When you consider visiting one of K.uno shops in Japan for repair, please do so. Yet, please kindly note:
   - You should be able to come to and pick up the item at one of our shops in Japan.
Please make a reservation for an English speaker well in advance via the inquiry form.
   - Repair requires specific time for each design. We may not be able to repair an item during your stay. Please understand and consult with store clerks for detailed information.
・If you cannot find a local jewelry store for repair, please contact us. Please note that we may be able to accept such requests only when customers can pay round-trip international shipping fees and applicable customs duties.
・To avoid resizing, please choose a ring size in a Japanese standard size. Ring sizes vary in each country. Prior to ordering, please check the inner circumference and diameter of your ring size from the size chart.
